The Stormwater Status Inspector is responsible for, under the supervision of a Project Manager, making initial assessments of the status, urgency, and best method of response to drainage issues reported by the public and logged into the County’s CitiWorks asset management system.  

The Project Manager’s (PM) position will be responsible for managing the Project Team, Project Stakeholders, consultant(s), and contractors as necessary to rehabilitate, enhance and expand the MARTA’s bus transit system. A key function of the position is to manage the activities, operations, and resources necessary to carry out and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with project documents. Manages the activities in evaluating contractor and consultant bids. They will enforce contract provisions and resolve budgetary, technical, and scheduling issues. Makes periodic onsite inspections of projects to ensure construction is proceeding properly. The PM will maintain project status reports and senior staff briefings. Establishes policies and procedures to ensure compliance with business goals and objectives.

The Construction Inspector is responsible for inspecting and reporting on virtually every phase of the construction process, including, but not limited to, civil site work & utilities, structural, building, and safety& hazardous situations. This position ensures all contract documents represented by working drawings and specifications are properly executed by the contractors. Establishing and maintaining a professional working relationship with architects, engineers, testing labs, general contractors, subcontractors, owners, and the public, where applicable is essential to this role.

The Project Engineer II will complete professional/technical engineering reviews, assessments, inspections, and other engineering assignments, and deliver this data in formats and in applications that support critical planning, engineering, and decision support activities across the enterprise.  This position will be working directly with the Senior Engineer, the Client, Teaming Partners, and other Engineering Staff supporting Water and Wastewater Projects.

The CCTV/Vac Truck Field Assistant position will be responsible for all activities related to assisting the CCTV/Sewer Camera Operator and/or the Vac Truck Operator. The Field Assistant will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective performance of the work in accordance with the local, state, or commercial agency's policies and procedures. The Field Assistant will provide safe and professional operation of all equipment. While working with the CCTV/Sewer Camera Operator, you will be responsible for assisting with the inspection of Sewer Lines, Catch basins, and other structures. The Field Assistant will be required to open manholes, clear the area of debris and overgrowth, pulling the camera cable, and placing of the camera. The successful candidate will be an organized, hands-on person with a good technical understanding, software manipulation, communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities. This person will be required to learn how to operate the CCTV truck and software.   While working with the Vacuum Truck Operator, you will be responsible for all activities related to cleaning and removing debris from manholes, sewer lines, storm drains, and other conveyance structures. This person must have the knowledge and experience operating a Jet/Vacuum Truck and all associated equipment. The Field Assistant will have responsibility for assisting the Vacuum Truck Operator with setting up traffic control, opening manholes, pulling hose lines, attaching water meters to fire hydrants, finding manholes, inspecting manholes, clearing overgrown areas when necessary, and performing other duties such as assigned.

The CCTV/Sewer Camera Operator position will be responsible for all activities related to the Closed-Circuit TV/Camera inspection of Sewer Lines, Stormwater Lines, Catch basins, and other structures. The Operator will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective performance of the work in accordance with the local, state, or commercial agencies' policies and procedures. This work includes: ensuring that work is conducted logically and in accordance with maps or GIS information, that work is documented for reporting purposes, and that work is reviewed before submission to the client. The Operator will provide safe and professional operation of a CCTV truck and be able to mobilize to each site and operate the equipment. The successful candidate will be an organized, hands-on person with a good technical understanding, software manipulation, communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities.

The Field Superintendent position will directly oversee the daily operations and activities off all field operations including (Sewer Cleaning, CCTV Operations, and Acoustical Testing). The Field Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective performance of the work in accordance with contract documents, company policies, and procedures, and local and state laws.   Management of equipment and personnel is a key job responsibility for this position. The Field Superintendent will be responsible for the daily management of individuals and crews to achieve daily output targets. The Field Superintendent will conduct performance reviews and work with the Human Resources Department when performance or behavioral issues arise. In addition, the Field Superintendent will serve as the liaison with the Client, Prime, and Sub Contractors.

The Vacuum Truck Operator position will be responsible for all activities related to cleaning and removing debris from manholes, sewer lines, storm drains, and other structures. This person must be an experienced CDL Licensed Operator and have the knowledge and experience operating a Combination (Jetter/Vacuum) Truck and all associated equipment. The Vacuum Truck Operator will have responsibility for managing the Vacuum Truck Crew and work closely with management and other contractors.
