The Field Project Manager (FPM) position will directly oversee the daily operations and activities off all field operations including (Sewer Cleaning, CCTV Operations, and Acoustical Testing). The Field Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective performance of the work in accordance with contract documents, company policies, and procedures, and local and state laws.
Management of equipment and personnel is a key job responsibility for this position. The FPM will be responsible for the daily management of individuals and crews to achieve daily output targets. The FPM will conduct performance reviews and work with the Human Resources Department when performance or behavioral issues arise. In addition, the FPM will serve as the liaison with the Client, Prime, and Sub Contractors.
The Director of Operations (DOO) will oversee the day-to-day activities for Graham & Associates and will work under the direction of the President. This position will ensure that the company’s everyday activities run smoothly and will set the parameters, with approval of the President, to judge how efficiently and effectively the organization is operating. The DOO must be adept at developing and evaluating processes and procedures, ensuring operational efficiencies, managing and directing others, and should demonstrate exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
The Accounting Manager will report directly to the President of the company and will be responsible for management and oversight of all finance, accounting & reporting activities related to the financial operations of the company. The Accounting Manager will oversee the quality and accuracy of the financial statements and have a clear understanding of the company’s financial system to ensure compliance with General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), related to, but not limited, to revenue recognition and period expenses in a Project Based environment. A key function of the position will be maintaining internal controls and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, and program budgets and actual expenditures. This position will consistently analyze financial data and present financial reports/ statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis with the goal of communicating with the management team on findings and present results at management meetings. Cash flow forecasting is a critical function of this role to ensure the Leadership team is kept abreast of the financial health/strength of the company.
The Vacuum Truck Operator position will be responsible for all activities related to cleaning and removing debris from manholes, sewer lines, storm drains, and other structures. This person must be an experienced CDL Licensed Operator and have the knowledge and experience operating a Combination (Jetter/Vacuum) Truck and all associated equipment. The Vacuum Truck Operator will have responsibility for managing the Vacuum Truck Crew and work closely with management and other contractors.
The Vacuum Truck Assistant position will be responsible for all activities related to cleaning and removing debris from manholes, sewer lines, storm drains, and other conveyance structures. This person must have the knowledge and experience operating a Jet/Vacuum Truck and all associated equipment. The Vacuum Truck Assistant will have responsibility for assisting the Vacuum Truck Operator with setting up traffic control, opening manholes, pulling hose line, attaching water meters to fire hydrants, finding manholes, inspecting manholes, clearing overgrown areas when necessary, and perform other duties as assigned.
The CCTV Field Assistant position will be responsible for all activities related to assisting the CCTV Operator with inspection of Sewer Lines, Catch basins and other structures. The Field Assistant will be responsible for opening manholes, clearing the area of debris and overgrowth, pulling camera cable and placing of camera. The Field Assistant will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective performance of the work in accordance with the local, state or commercial agencies policies and procedures. The Field Assistant will provide safe and professional operation of all CCTV Equipment. The successful candidate will be an organized, hands-on person with good technical understanding, software manipulation, communication skills and problem-solving capabilities. This person will be required to learn how to operate the CCTV truck and software.
The CCTV Operator position will be responsible for all activities related to the Closed-Circuit TV/Camera inspection of Sewer Lines, Stormwater Lines, Catch basin, and other structures. The Operator will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective performance of the work in accordance with the local, state, or commercial agencies' policies and procedures. This work includes: ensuring that work is conducted logically and in accordance with maps or GIS information, that work is documented for reporting purposes, and that work is reviewed before submission to the client. The Operator will provide safe and professional operation of a CCTV truck and be able to mobilize to each site and operate equipment. The successful candidate will be an organized, hands-on person with good technical understanding, software manipulation, communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities.

This position is for a Construction Inspector that will provide inspection services for water distribution system infrastructure repairs and replacement.
The Construction Inspector is responsible for inspecting and reporting on virtually every phase of the construction process, including, but not limited to, civil site work & utilities, structural, and safety & hazardous situations. This position ensures all contract documents represented by working drawings and specifications are properly executed by the contractors. Establishing and maintaining a professional working relationship with architects, engineers, testing labs, general contractors, subcontractors, owners, and the public, where applicable is essential to this role.
